About Grad2Grid

Grad2Grid ("we", "us", "our") is an online platform that connects young applicants with employers in the United Kingdom. The platform is operated by an individual based in the United Kingdom.

By accessing or using Grad2Grid at grad2grid.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Eligibility

To use Grad2Grid you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Be based in or seeking employment in the United Kingdom
• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• Not already have an account that has been suspended or terminated

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.

Account Registration

You must register for an account to access most features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at info@grad2grid.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in behaviour that is harmful to other users or the Platform.

User Conduct

When using Grad2Grid, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading or fraudulent information on your profile
• Harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate against other users
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's account without permission
• Scrape, copy or reproduce content from the Platform without our consent
• Post spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Impersonate any person or organisation
• Upload content that is offensive, obscene or harmful

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these rules without prior notice.

Applicant Accounts

As an applicant on Grad2Grid, you understand that:

• Your profile and information may be visible to employer accounts
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your qualifications and experience
• Grad2Grid does not verify qualifications or credentials listed on profiles
• Any employment relationship formed through the Platform is solely between you and the employer
• Grad2Grid is not a party to any employment contract or agreement

Employer Accounts

As an employer on Grad2Grid, you understand that:

• You must be a legitimate business or individual with genuine hiring intent
• Job postings must be accurate, lawful and not discriminatory
• You must comply with all applicable UK employment laws including the Equality Act 2010
• Grad2Grid does not verify the identity or legitimacy of employer accounts
• Any employment offer or contract is solely between you and the applicant

Messaging

The Platform provides a messaging feature to allow users to communicate directly. You agree to use this feature respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to monitor messages for safety purposes and to investigate reports of misuse.

We are not responsible for the content of messages exchanged between users.

Premium Services

Grad2Grid may offer paid premium features ("G2G Premium") in the future. Where premium services are offered:

• You must be aged 18 or over to purchase a premium subscription
• Pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase
• Payments will be processed securely through a third-party provider
• Refund terms will be stated at the point of purchase
• We reserve the right to change premium pricing with reasonable notice

Details of any premium services will be published on the Platform when available.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Grad2Grid Platform including the design, logo, branding and code is owned by Grad2Grid and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.

By posting content on the Platform (including your profile information), you grant Grad2Grid a non-exclusive licence to display and use that content for the purposes of operating the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

Grad2Grid provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Grad2Grid shall not be liable for:

• Any employment decisions made by employers or applicants through the Platform
• The accuracy of information provided by users on their profiles
• Any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform
• Any content posted by other users

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
